1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of the website of the SM-ART Hrvatska association. By using the website, you accept these terms.
2. Age restriction
The website contains topics intended for adults and is, in its entirety, intended exclusively for persons who have reached the age of 18. Use of the website, registration, and membership are permitted only to persons of legal age. By entering the website, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older and are responsible for the truthfulness of that declaration. If it is established that a user is not of legal age, the association may refuse, disable, or remove the registration, user account, and membership.
3. User account
Membership applications are submitted without an account or password. The executive board decides on acceptance. Bank transfer instructions are sent after acceptance; account and digital membership card activation invitations are sent only after payment confirmation. Membership costs 40 € for one person or 70 € for a couple (1+1). Each person in a 1+1 application has a separate application, account and card. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for safeguarding your password. The association may disable an account in the event of a breach of the organisation's rules or of these terms.
4. Content and copyright
Texts, photographs, and logos are protected by copyright. Photographs from events may not be downloaded or further shared without permission. Content for members is confidential.
5. Liability
Educational content does not replace professional advice. The association is not liable for the content of external links.
6. Governing law
The law of the Republic of Croatia applies. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
